We recommend that you submit your order online for immediate processing. Sales Tax – VAT We are required by law to collect Value-Added-Tax or VAT on orders dispatched within the UK. All our displayed prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% Measuring Your Pet Please ensure that you measure your pet correctly before confirming your order as we can not be held responsible for incorrect size orders due to incorrect measurement of your pet. Please refer to our Measurements page for guidance. Shipping Destinations At present we accept orders for shipment to UK, Europe & USA. If you need your order to be shipped Internationally please contact us and we will advise. Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. However, in busy periods such as Christmas this may take up to a week. All online orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We use 2nd class recorded delivery or special delivery Royal Mail service depending on item value and weight for UK orders, Airmail Recorded for European orders and Recorded Mail for USA orders.

Returns & Exchanges At RICHYPUCCI we want you to be totally happy & delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, RICHYPUCCI offers ‘no quibble’ returns policy. There are two alternatives: an exchange or payment refund. The customer is responsible for the postage cost incurred when returning an item. All items must be returned by recorded/registered delivery as RICHYPUCCI can not be held responsible for the loss of a returned item. All items must be returned un-used, in its original packaging and within 7 days of receipt or the garment. We ask for a fee of £4.95 to cover postage and packing to resend out your parcel and restocking fee. In the event of a refund your card will be credited as soon as we receive the returned un-used item. Please note the postage and packing charge is non-refundable. Please also note that all sale items are non-refundable This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Items In the unlikely event that you receive your item faulty, please return it to us straight away and we will exchange it upon receipt of the faulty garment. There will be no charge for this service. All items must be returned by recorded/registered delivery as RICHYPUCCI can not be held responsible for the loss of a returned item. RICHYPUCCI can accept no liability for damage cause on our garments by the usage on animals; we can not be held responsible for damage due to wear and tear and misuse by the owner or pet or be held responsible for the animal’s welfare when wearing our garments. We advise all our customers to be aware of small buttons, buckles, toggles, strings and items attached to garments whilst the garment is being worn by the pet as they may chew or swallow items. We strongly recommend that pets are supervised at all times whilst wearing or otherwise near the garment/s. We recommend that items are not given to small children due to the above.

Non Deliverable, Refused and Unclaimed Orders If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer absence or customer providing incorrect delivery information, we will attempt contact by phone and/or email if provided.
